Probation Period: A probationary period of 15 to 30 days may be included in fixed-term contracts of less than six months. A 90-day probationary period can be included in indefinite contracts. A probationary period of up to 240 days is included in indefinite contracts for senior management.

Minimum Wage Requirements: The monthly minimum wage is EUR 665.

Working hours and overtime: Generally, the maximum working time is 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Overtime is defined as working more than the maximum number of hours per day and must be compensated with an overtime supplement.
